Are your engineers qualified?

Yes, all our engineers are fully qualified and accredited. Our electricians are NIC EIC approved and we also have full insurance coverage as well.

Is there a call out charge?

No, we don’t have a separate call out charge, but do charge an hourly rate for unplanned maintenance or repairs.

Do you offer free quotes and estimates?

Yes, we will be delighted to give a free quote and estimate with no obligation.

Will I have to wait in all day for an electrician to attend?

We try give specific time slots in which we aim to arrive. We are nearly always on time but if we are delayed, we will keep you informed.

Will you clean up any dust or mess?

Most definitely! All our engineers use dust sheets and always sweep or vacuum up after themselves.

Is there a warranty with Rydal Electrical installations?

Yes. All our work is backed up with our 1 year warranty on all parts and workmanship. So peace of mind is assured.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your invoice by cheque, bank transfer or cash.
